herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual easement for the purpose of
installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating utilities in,
into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-
wit:
Being a 10 permanent foot wide utility easement and a temporary 35 foot wide construction
easement, described as follows:

See attached Exhibit I B I for metes and bounds description together with the right of
ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that We are the owners ofthe
property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever
defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

Being a 0.060 acre tract of land in the F. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 10, Block 1 in Whispering Dell
Estates Vol. 388-143 P, 40 (PoRT.C.T.) an addition to the City of Southlake and being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Lot 10, said point being the northeast corner
of Highland Estates Vol. 388-134 P, 100 (P.R.T.c.T.);
THENCE
N 00° 01' 29" E, along the east line of Lot 10 for a distance of 168084 feet to a
point for the northeast corner of Lot 10;
THENCE
N 64° 20' 00" W, along the north line of Lot 10, for a distance of 16,64 feet to
