Suuthlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual utility
easement for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing,
relocating, and operating utilities in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in
Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit:

of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes,

singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever~ and We do hereby certify that We are the owners of the
property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to
forever detènd all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any
thereof

Permanent Utility Easement
Being a O. I 97 acre tract of land in the Samuel Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 525 Tarrant
County, Texas and being a 15 foot wide strip of land, over, through, and across a tract of
land conveyed to Leonard D. Emery etal, as recorded in Volume 11585, Page 2013
(D.R.T.CT.), and being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 15 foot wide strip of land having a centerline 571.00 feet in length and north, a
distance of 7.5 feet from the south property line of said Emery tract, said south property
line also being the north right-of-way line of State Highway 114.
