Presentation: The proposed building will be located on the north property north of the existing building and west of the existing detention pond. The one story building will be constructed of brick to match the existing building. Trees and shrubs will be planted around the building. One existing parking space will removed for handicap access striping. Questions and Concerns:  In the description of this it says “to facility removal of existing construction trailers”. Can you describe the interaction of the proposed facilities and the existing construction trailers? There are two existing construction trailers in the general location of the proposed building. This proposed building will be a brick and mortar construction office with two offices sharing a restroom. The current offices in the construction trailer will utilize this new building.  So these would be offices with project management? Yes.
