We are providing with this letter a completed application, 7 folded 24" x 36" copies, one 11" x 17" copy, and a CD of the proposed site plans (attached for your reference). Explanation of Request: Applicant requests approval to amend the site plan to add a staging facility as shown in the attached site plan. This staging facility building would be approximately 3,882 square feet and would replace the temporary buildings for construction contractors that are currently located on the north end of the property. The proposed building would use materials to match the materials on the main building, including brick and accent brick, and Colonial Red metal roof material to match the dock awning. Landscaping would be provided as shown in the attached landscape plan. It is over 800' from the proposed building to the highway to the west, and over 350' from the closest point of the proposed building to the west line of the Kirkwood ROW line which is another approximately 100' before getting to any residentially zoned property to the east of the proposed staging facility.
