The proposal was presented and discussed with the Corridor Planning Committee at their May 31, 2018 meeting. The applicant has revised the elevations and the material sample board per the feedback received from the Corridor Planning Committee. The S-P-1 Regulations have been revised to remove the regulation allowing fluorescent or bright colors. There have been no changes to the remainder of the plans.
