The applicant tabled this item at the May 17, 2018 Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting in order to appear before the Corridor Planning Committee
to seek input on the design of the facility. The proposal was presented and
discussed with the Corridor Planning Committee at their May 31, 2018 meeting.
The applicant has revised the elevations and the material sample board per the
feedback received from the Corridor Planning Committee. The S-P-1 Regulations
have been revised to remove the regulation allowing fluorescent or bright colors.
There have been no changes to the remainder of the plans.
