DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS:
This property shall be subject to the development regulations of the “O-1” Office District,
Section 18 of Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, and all other applicable regulations of
Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, with the following exceptions:
- Allow a maximum impervious coverage of 68%
- Allow the south bufferyard as proposed

The Driveway Ordinance No. 634 requires a minimum
spacing distance of 150 feet between driveways.
The applicant is requesting approximately 128 feet
between Drive ‘D’ and the future drive to the west.
