SUMMARY:
On behalf of Dunhill Partners Inc., UCS Group LLC is requesting approval of a
Site Plan for Bicycles Inc. on property described as, Lot 5, Block 1, Southlake
Crossing Phase II, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2105 W.

REQUEST
DETAILS:
The site plan proposes the addition of a gable and columns that will extenuate the
entrance of the retail store. The proposed addition will match the adjacent gabled
structures on the end caps of the existing building.
