EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
On behalf of EQV Invest Owner II, Ltd., LLP, Security V.W. is requesting approval
of a Specific Use Permit for outdoor sales or services on property described as,
Lot 3, Block 1, Village Center Addition, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and
located at 2110 E. Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
Current Zoning is C-3 – General Commercial District. SPIN Neighborhood # 8.
REQUEST
DETAILS:
The purpose of this request is to allow Bank of America to place an ATM
(automated teller machine) in the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Village
Center Addition (Kroger grocery store lot). The proposed project will result in the
loss of four (4) existing parking spaces. Currently there are 655 spaces provided.
According to the approved site plan for this lot, 627 parking spaces are required.
After the removal of the four (4) proposed spaces, 651 spaces remain.
The applicant has provided an ATM queuing study which has been included in
your meeting packet.

b. Proposed lighting has been changed from metal halide to LED

Informational Comments:
* The Development Review Committee (DRC) has determined this pre-submittal is sufficient as a
formal submittal to the Planning and Zoning Commission. No further submission is required at
this time.
* All lighting must comply with the Lighting Ordinance No. 693, as amended.
* Prior to construction, building plans adhering to current international building codes adopted by
the City of Southlake will need to be submitted to the Building Inspections Department before
building permits are issued. Contractors will be required to register with the city.
