The Pathways Master Plan shows future sidewalks (<8’) on both sides of E. Bob Jones Rd. A five (5) foot sidewalk is required to be installed with the construction of a new home on either of the proposed lots. The applicant is requesting a variance to the sidewalk requirement and is proposing that no sidewalk be provided on either of the proposed lots. VARIANCE REQUEST June 7, 2018; Approved (6-0) subject to the staff report dated June 1, 2018 and Concept Plan Review Summary No. 3, dated June 1, 2018 and granting the variance requested in that staff report subject to the applicant’s agreement to provide a pedestrian access easement to accommodate the building of the sidewalk if and when that takes place.
