To Whom it may concern: We would like to request a variance to the landscape skirting requirements of 3) Provide foundation landscape planting consisting of one (1) five-gallon shrub per four (4) linear feet around skirting (excluding entrances) as noted in the SUP review#1 dated 03/23/18. Instead we would like relief from any landscaping requirements for the temporary buildings since these buildings will only be in place until 60 days after construction is complete and a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the work on this campus.
