consisting of one (1) five-
gallon shrub per four (4)
linear feet around skirting
(excluding entrances). The
applicant is requesting a
waiver regarding this

Variance
Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 45.20 requires all
portable buildings provide foundation landscape planting
consisting of one (1) five-gallon shrub per four (4) linear feet
around skirting (excluding entrances). The applicant is
requesting a waiver regarding this requirement.

June 1, 2018 and Specific Use Permit Summary No. 1 dated May
25, 2018; granting the variance requested in the Staff Report and
