Agenda Item No. 2 — Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Carpenter opened the discussion of
the minutes of the Building Board of Appeals meeting held on October 18, 2017.

slide presentation of the purpose of the Building Board of Appeals. Discussion of the purpose
was included from the Board.
