That we, ~y n u 5A n: ft , for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of
Southlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual sanitary
sewer easement for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing,
relocating, and operating a sanitary sewer line in, into, upon, over, across and under that
land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit-
Being a 15' permanent sanitary sewer easement and temporary construction easement,
described as follows.
See attached Exhibit 'A' for metes and bounds description together with the right
of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
See attached Exhibit'B' for graphic depiction
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described sanitary sewer easement,
together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging
unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that
We are the owners of the property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and
assigns, to warrant and to forever defend all and singular the premises unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim same or any thereof.

Dedication of a
15' Sanitary Sewer Easement
Being a strip of land 15 feet in width situated in the C. B. Mc Donald Survey, Abstract
No. 1013, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, being a portion of that certain Lot 1,
Block 1, Fina Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, as recorded in Cabinet A,
Slide 1476, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of that certain tract
of land as described in deed to Fina Oil & Chemical Company, as recorded in Volume
8309, Page 532, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a bois d'arc stake found for the southeast corner of said Fina tract and
being on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Dartpac Railroad,( a 100' wide right-of
way
THENCE South 53°52'50"West, with said northwesterly right-of-way line common to
the southeasterly line of said Fina tract, pass the southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 2 at
309.5 feet and continuing in all a distance of 376.84 feet to an angle point;
THENCE South 89°38'07"West, departing said common line and across said Lot 1, a
distance of 363.36 feet to an angle point;
THENCE South 88°43'38"West, across said Lot 1, a distance of 153.37 feet to a point for
corner being on the easterly line of Lot 2, Block 1, said Fina Addition;
THENCE North 01 ° 16'22"West, with said easterly line, a distance of 15.00 feet to a '/2"
iron rod found for the northeast corner of said Lot 2;
THENCE North 88°43'38"East, departing said easterly line, and across said Lot 1, a
distance of 153.48 feet to an angle point;
THENCE North 89°38'07"East, across said Lot 1, a distance of 358.64 feet to an angle
point;
THENCE North 53°52'50"East, across said Lot 1, pass the easterly line of said Lot 1 at
63.1 feet and continuing in all a distance of 382.76 feet to a point for corner being on the
