FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: 807 E. Southlake Blvd., located on the south side of E. Southlake Blvd. between Tower Blvd. and Byron Nelson Parkway. Development Details: The applicant is proposing an approximately 7,700 square foot office building on 3.085 acres including associated finish out, driveways, landscaping, signage, parking areas and other improvements. There are a total of 3 medical office buildings proposed for the site.  Access from E. Southlake Blvd. to the north and the future Zena Rucker Drive extension to the south.  Cross access easement to the property to the west.  Building ‘A’ is the first building proposed for construction.  Trees on the east and west property lines are proposed to remain.  Development will have landscaping as shown on the landscape plan.  Buildings will have facades with stone and stucco with a European flair and a composition roof.
