The applicant tabled this item at the May 17, 2018 Planning and Zoning
Commission in order to appear before the Corridor Planning Committee to seek
input design of the facility. The proposal was presented and discussed with the
Corridor Planning Committee at their May 31, 2018 meeting. The applicant will
present their revised plans to the Planning and Zoning Commission at the June 7,
2018 meeting. The previous presentation follows.
