FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: Various locations in Southlake Town Square
Development Details: An applicant is proposing Specific Use Permits for the installation of
small cell antennas in six (6) locations throughout Southlake Town Square.
The proposed small cell telecommunications antennas will be installed by Version Wireless and
be placed on various building rooftops throughout Southlake Town Square that stand at 2ft in
height and 1ft in length. The proposed antennas will assist in improving cell coverage indoors
(shops and restaurants), as well as outdoors (parking garages).

1. How tall is the antenna itself?
A: The antenna box will be about 2ft tall. The entire structure will sit about 3ft above the
roofline.
