Please be informed that Mayse Properties wishes to proceed with development of this platted lot located
at 420 N. Kimball Avenue. This is a single-story professional office building near the northwest corner of
SH-114 and Kimball Avenue.
The site is less than one-acre and abuts constructed facilities; please refer to the attached Site
Development Plan. The access drive location is defined by the adjacent facilities; the parking must
therefore be located at the front, and the building at the back of the lot.
The proposed building is of masonry construction with stucco and metal siding accents. The building
incorporates articulation and provides towers of differing heights; see attached building elevations. This
is a professional office building that meets or exceed the zoning, overlay district, and development criteria.
Mayse Properties is actively marketing these offices; and, although a tenant has not yet been identified,
adequate parking is proposed to accommodate a mostly medical use.
