Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporated
herein. Executive Session may be held. under these exceptions, at the end of the
Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Sign
Board to seek advice from the Citv Attornev as to the costed subiect matter of this
Sign Board meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.
3. Consider: Approval of the minutes from the April 5, 2018 meeting.
4. Consider: SV18-0002, Variance to Sign Ordinance No. 704, as amended, and the
Southlake Town Square Phase II Conditional Sign Permit for The Garden District Parkview
at Southlake Town Square generally located at 350 Central Avenue, Southlake, Texas.
5. Consider: Meeting Adjournment.

Planner, Lorrie Fletcher came forward to present SV18-0002.
Staff opened for questions.
No questions were asked.
Applicant, Frank Bliss with SLTS Block 4, LP, came forward to give a brief presentation
of the proposed Sign Variance and to answer the Commission's questions.
A motion was made to approve SV18-0002 subject to the Staff Report dated May 11,
2018; noting the applicant's willingness on the two (2) proposed development signs to
limit the duration of those signs to the sale of the final residence or December 31, 2019,
whichever comes first.
