Request for Variance from Section 43 of Zoning Ordinance No.480
To Whom it may concern:
We would like to request a variance from Section 43 of Zoning Ordinance No. 480 for the Addition proposed for
Carroll Elementary School. The nature of the addition is primarily a new Gymnasium which, due to the function
and requirements by TEA standards,requires a large volume at a uniform height without the articulations required
in such ordinance.

Re: Carroll ISD- Carroll Elementary School Addition ZA18-033.
To Whom it may concern:
We would like to request two separate variances for the Carroll Elementary School Addition.
The first is a variance to the Landscape Ordinance 544-B to request relief from the interior
landscaping requirements.
The second is a variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480 as amended, Section 42 to allow the existing
bufferyards to remain as the currently exist.
