Property Situation: Carroll ISD is proposing to add classrooms and a new gymnasium to the
Carroll Elementary School campus located at 1705 W. Continental Blvd.
Development Details:
100 parking spaces onsite
o 15 car parking lot
o 75 car parking lot
Gymnasium Addition
o Addition will displace existing basketball courts
o Resurfacing basketball court
o Resurfacing playground
3 Classroom Additions on East side
o 4 breakout spaces / future classrooms
o Relocate fire lane and drop-off canopy
Interior renovation
o Will displace some students during process
2 Temporary classroom buildings in place
