Janie Mabry, 913 Emerald Boulevard, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak in opposition and discuss her concerns with the Commission. Chairman Greer closed the public hearing. A motion was made to approve ZA18-0002 subject to the Staff Report dated April 27, 2018, approving the variance request pertaining to Section 33.19 "Sidewalk Requirements", be granted; and further subject to the Plat Review Summary #2 dated April 27, 2018 and the Staff Report dated April 27, 2018. GRANBERRY NO. 581 ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS AND LOCATED AT 171 - 211 W. SOUTHLAKE BLVD., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. CURRENT ZONING: "0-1" OFFICE DISTRICT, PROPOSED ZONING: "S-P-1" DETAILED SITE PLAN DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD # 10. PUBLIC HEARING Principal Planner, Richard Schell presented ZA18-0004. Commission continued to discuss their concerns with traffic and the limited visibility during rush hour on Southlake Boulevard. Applicant, Curtis Young, Sage Group, 1130 North Carroll Avenue, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak and to answer Commission's questions. Chairman Greer opened the public hearing. Paige Kester, 116 Londonberry Terrace, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak and state his concerns with traffic and dumpster locations.
