Whereas, on 11ay 19, 2016, Boy Scout Jonathan Ciccone, was recognized by the
Boy Scouts ofAmerica for successfuCCy completing aCCrequirements forScouting's
highest rank and,
Whereas, one of the major objectives in the Scouting program is to develop
citizenship through community involvement, and in addition to working for
citizenship merit badges, Scouts are encouraged to participate in community service

for the residents to grow edible plants and vegeta6Ces; and,
