Property Situation: Carroll ISD is proposing to add classrooms and a new gymnasium to the
Johnson Elementary School campus located at 1301 N. Carroll Ave.
Development Details:
Johnson Elementary School
o Gymnasium Addition
o 2 Classrooms Additions
4 breakout spaces / future classrooms
o Replacing asphalt with concrete drive
o Adding new fire lane
o Replace outdoor basketball courts
Interior renovations will displace some students during p rocess
o 2 Temporary classroom buildings in place for displaced students
