ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161
OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY ORIGINALLY
ZONING AS "AG" AGRICULTURE DISTRICT
PROPERTY ANNEXED INTO THE CITY, CONSIST-
ING OF TWENTY ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OUT
OF THE CHRISTOPHER DART AND W. H. MARTIN
SURVEYS.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described property has been
duly annexed to the City of Southlake under applicable law;
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the
City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7,
1969, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is
hereby amended insofar as that certain tract of land out
of the Christopher Dart Survey, Abstract No. 2003, and the
W. H. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1068, Tarrant County,
Texas, more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument, said point being
South 89 degrees 39 minutes West 1620.0 feet and
North 1074. 4 feet from the Southeast corner of
Christopher Dart Survey and the South line of the
W. H. Martin Survey, 1626.3 feet to a concrete
monument in the East line of County Road No. 3035;
THENCE North 0 degrees 32 minutes West 49.96 feet
with the East line of said County Road to a con-
crete monument at the beginning of a curve to the
right with a radius of 401.64 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along the Easterly line of
said County Road, along said curve, a distance of
234.8 feet to a concrete monument at the end of
said curve;
THENCE North 32 degrees 58 minutes East with the
Easterly line of said County Road, 347.24 feet to
a concrete monument, the Southwest corner of a
certain tract of land conveyed to the Veteranst
Land Board Tract, 1373.25 feet to a concrete mon-
ument for corner;
THENCE South 543.67 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 19.54 acres of land,
is hereby originally zoned in the classification of "AG"
Agriculture District.
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said
Ordinance No. 161 is hereby amended to include the above
new property as originally zoned by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as officially
amended by prior ordinance amendments and this Ordinance No.
J(9- ~_4 , remains in effect in all other respects as origi-
nally passed.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
