USE AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR “SP1” ZONING
PERMITTED USES: Lot 7R
Any use permitted in the “O-1” Office District
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS:
This property shall be subject to the development regulations of the “O-1” Office District, Section 18 of
Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, and all other applicable regulations of Zoning Ordinance No.
480, as amended, with the following exception:
1. When calculating the number of required parking spaces, fractional parking spaces may be
rounded to the nearest whole number, allowing the 26 parking spaces shown to meet the parking
requirement.
