APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES A motion was made to approve the minutes from the March 8, 2018 Planning and Zoning meeting. Deputy Director, Dennis Killough, announced that there will be a meet the Mayor event held on March 29, 2018 at 5:30 P.M., located at 321 Grand Avenue, Southlake, Texas. Deputy Director, Dennis Killough, announced that there will be an open house, and Corridor Planning Committee Meeting, held on April 10, 2018, at 5:00 P.M., located in the Town Hall, 3rd floor. REGULAR AGENDA: 5. CONSIDER: ORDINANCE NO. 480-739 (ZA17-101), ZONING CHANGE AND SITE PLAN FOR 545 S. NOLEN DR. ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 8, BLOCK 5, CORNERSTONE BUSINESS PARK, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS AND LOCATED AT 545 S. NOLEN DR., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. CURRENT ZONING: "I-1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. PROPOSED ZONING: "S-P-1" DETAILED SITE PLAN DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD # 8. PUBLIC HEARING Principal Planner, Richard Schell presented ZA17-101. Staff opened for questions. No questions were asked. Applicant, Debra Perryman with Silver Oak Commercial Realty, located at 2805 Market Loop, Suite 100, Southlake, Texas, came forward to give a brief presentation of the proposed Zoning Change and Site Plan, and also answered the Commission’s questions. Chairman Forman opened the public hearing. No one came forward to speak. Chairman Forman closed the public hearing. A motion was made to approve ZA17-101 as presented; subject to the Staff Report dated March 14, 2018; further subject to Site Plan Review Summary No. 2 dated March 14, 2018; and further noting for the record that this zonin g change is applicable to the proposed 6,913 square feet noted within the report and also only applicable to the proposed tenant through its contractual lease term and any subsequent lease options for the tenant.
