Southlake Town Square Existing Signage November 5, 2013, Del Frisco’s Grille was granted variances allowing a maximum letter height of 18 inches and illuminated upper- story signage. April 4, 2006, Grand Avenue MSP Amendment was approved increasing maximum upper story letter height from 10 inches to 12 inches. The amendment included specific approval for illuminated Merrill Lynch upper story signage. Southlake Town Square Existing Signage – Night View Sign Board Action March 22, 2018; Approved (5-0) as presented and subject to the Staff Report dated March 16, 2018 and specifically grating the variances for letter height, illumination and sign placement.
