FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation:  210-240 S. Peytonville Ave. Development Details:  Across the street from Carroll High School  Currently residential lots – have been planned under the land use plan for small commercial office buildings  Drive aligns with the drive to Carroll HS  Would have common access easements that would tie into lots on north and south  Three (3) One-story, 9,000 square foot medical office buildings, will have residential scale to them  Will be brick building with large glass entry and window features  Very shallow, low roof pitch – have taller entry features for signage for the doctors’ offices  Treating as O-1 Zoning with 35% landscape on site  Required to hold site water and release at the same rate the property does now Exhibits presented at SPIN: QUESTIONS / CONCERNS:  None SPIN Meeting Reports are general observations of SPIN Meetings by City staff and SPIN Representatives.
