FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: 545 S. Nolen Drive.
Details: Applicant is requesting rezoning of the property from “I-1” Light Industrial District to “S-
P-1” Detailed Site Plan District to modify the permitted uses for a 21,666 sf multi -tenant building
with office and warehouse suites on 1.61 acres built in 2000. The applicant is seeking to keep
the industrial permitted uses and specifically add commercial amusement indoor centers as a
use to the existing uses.
The commercial amusement indoor center proposed for this property will be located in Suite 250
(6,913 sf) of the existing building and will include 6 escape rooms and a laser tag room. These
facilities will be used for corporate team building during the week and public use in the evenings
and weekends. No variances are being requested for this site.
The building has 53 parking spaces and has a cross sharing access and parking agreements
with 525 and 535 S. Nolen Drive for a total of 186 parking spaces. There is a potential to add
10-15 parking spaces adjacent to the building and not striped.

What are the hours for the facility?
The team building for corporations is located in 6-8 in one hour escape rooms for up to 8 people
per room and laser tag. These will occur during the week days. Evenings and weekends will be
available for the public use for the escape rooms and laser tag.
