AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF . • • • • one point one hundred__ and nine acre tract of land
in the LBG Hall Survey Abstract No. 686, owned by James R. Stacy
from Agricultural to A-3 Single Family District.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice giver to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all
in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,
Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City Council

respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
