1. Call to Order: Video Introduction of SPIN Program by Southlake Mayor Laura Hill
2. SPIN2018-12 - An applicant is proposing a zoning change to modify parking requirements
for Urban Air Adventure Park to occupy the currently vacant 60,000 square foot space
located at 2125 W. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake Marketplace within SPIN Neighborhood
#10.
3. SPIN2018-13 - Carroll ISD is proposing to add classrooms and a new gymnasium to the
Johnson Elementary School campus located at 1301 N. Carroll Ave. within SPIN
Neighborhood #3.
4. SPIN2018-14 - Carroll ISD is proposing to add additional parking spaces, a sidewalk, and
an approximately 1,200 square foot storage structure at the transportation facility located at
1085 S. Kimball Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
5. SPIN2018-15 - Carroll ISD is proposing to add classrooms and a new gymnasium to the
Carroll Elementary School campus located at 1705 W. Continental Blvd. within SPIN
Neighborhood #10.
6. SPIN2018-16 - Carroll ISD is proposing renovations to the baseball and softball field
complex at Carroll Senior High School located at 1501 W. Southlake Blvd. within SPIN
Neighborhood #10.
7. SPIN2018-17 - Carroll ISD is proposing an approximately 13,744 square foot classroom
addition and interior renovation to Old Union Elementary School located at 1050 S. Carroll
Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
8. Adjourn

Commission may or may not be present.
