BY AMENDING THL ZONING
CLASSIFICATION

following lots within
the Briarwood Estates
Subdivision. Owner: Dan Howell
Lot A, Block B, to "H" Heavy Commercial District
Lot B, Block B, to "H" Heavy Commercial District
Lot A, Block C, to "H" Heavy Commercial District.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATF OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all
in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,
Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City Council
of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7,1969, and being the
"Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the
following lots within the Briarwood Estates Subdivison. Owner:
Dan Howell. Lot A, Block B, to "H" Heavy Commercial District.
Lot B, Block B, to "H" Heavy Commercial District.
Lot A, Block C, to "H" Heavy Commercial District.
and described by metes and hOLInds as per- Zoning Action Number ZA 81-1
is changed from its prior zoning„k~t,assification of AG and A-3 Single
to a zoning classification of Heavy Commercial District_
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 161
is ere y-amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this Ordinance.
SI'C'11ON 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as amended by this
Or i~na nce No. 161-163 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
