ORDINANCE NO. 261-2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF Lot 2, Block 2, Continental
Park Estates, by approving a "Special Exception Use Permit"
for separate living quarters for family members. Owner:
Larry Samartin. Providing for a change in the zoning map..
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Council o-' the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Special Use Permit, approved for Lot 2, Block 2, of the Continental
Park Estates Subdivision in the City of Southlake.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number B1-10
is changed from its prior zoning classification of _
to a zoning classification of _
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is eF-rely-amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261_2 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
