AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF TWO POINT SEVEN (2.7)
ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE FRANCIS THROOP SURVEY,
ABSTRACT 1511, TRACT 1 and 1C1. CHANGE THE ZONING
AGRICULTURAL, TO RE RESIDENTIAL ESTATES. OWNER:
BEN DALE PARKER. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP......
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMEN'T'.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Council the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Two point seven (2.7) acre tract of land out of the
Francis Throop Survey, Abstract 1511, Tract I and ICl.
and described by metes and hounds as per Zoning Action Number 81_-19
is changed from its prior zoning classification of AGRICULTURAL
to a zoning classification of RE RESIDENTIAL ESTATE
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is he-rem amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ord nance No. 261-8 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
