ORDINANCE NO. 261-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF LOT 4, BLOCK 9 AND
LOTS 9 AND 10 BLOCK A OF THE BRIARWOOD ESTATES
ADDITION. OWNER AND DEVELOPER: DAN HOWELL.
CHANGE ZONING FROM A-6 TWO FAMILY TO A-3SINGLE
FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Councilcil the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Lot 4, Block 9 and Lots 9 and 10 of Block A of the
Briarwood Estates Addition.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 81-29
is changed from its prior zonin classification of A-6 Two Family-
to a zoning classification of 3 Single Family
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is ere y amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-16 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
