ORDINANCE NO. 261-34
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOU"IHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
LOTS 25, 3, 4, 23 & 24 BLOCK 1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO A-6
TWO FAMILY. LOTS 13 THROUGH 20 BLOCK 1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
TO RE RESIDENTIAL ESTATES. LOTS 5 THROUGH 12, 21, $ 22
BLOCK 1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO A-3 SINGLE FAMILY. LOTS 1
THROUGH 9 BLOCK 2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO A-3 SINGLE FAMILY.
WOODLAND HEIGHTS ADDITION. OWNER: BURGER AND EAKINS.
AND PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of-ti~e CCity of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensi.ve Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Lots 2,3,4
23, & 24 Block 1, Lots 13 through 20 Block 1, Lots 5 through 12, 21
$ 22 Block 1, Lots 1 through 9 Block 2, Woodland Heights Addition.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 82-22
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Various Zoning
to a zoning classification of As Described
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
l.s ereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 2611 except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-34 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passe J-.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
