ORDINANCE NO. 261-36
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF .
ONE POINT SIX FIVE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE A. H.
CHIVERS SURVEY, ABSTRACT 299 TRACT lE. OWNER: MAY BORTH-
WICK. AGRICULTURAL, TO A-4 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT.
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of tine-City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 1.65 Acre
Tract out of the A. H. Chivers Survey, Abstract 299 Tract 1E.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 82-23
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of A-4 Single Family -
SEC'T'ION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
Ts hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-36 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passer
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
