December 5, 2017; Approved (7-0) subject to the Staff Report dated November
38, 2017 and the Specific Use Permit Review Summary No. 2 dated September
15, 2017; and granting the following variance to the Zoning Ordinance that
requires foundation landscape planting consisting of one (1) five-gallon shrub
per four (4) linear feet around skirting (excluding entrances); noting that
specifically approving a temporary specific use permit for a period that will
expire March 31, 2018; instructing the applicant to return directly to City Council
no later than March 6, 2018 to present a conceptual option or options,
preferably options for permanent construction offices along with a proposed time
period for construction.
