ORDINANCE NO. 261-61
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
ELEVEN POINT THREE ZERO FIVE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF
SOUTHLAKE BUSINESS PARK. OWNER: DON BOTIK. FROM HEAVY
COMMERCIAL AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL.
REPLAT SOUTHLAKE BUSINESS PARK. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 11.305 acre
out of Southlake Business Park.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 83-34
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Heavy Commercial & NSCC
to a zoning classification of Heavy Commercial
SECTION 2. The official. zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is fhereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-61 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally pass--e(f.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
