ORDINANCE NO. 261-66
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
TWENTY FIVE POINT TWO THREE SIX THREE ACRES OF LAND
OUT OF THE J.L. CHIVERS SURVEY, ABSTRACT 348. TO BE
KNOWN AS HUNTWICK ESTATES. ZONING FROM AG AGRICULTURAL
TO A-3 SINGLE FAMILY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. AND
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 25.2363 acres
of J.L. Chivers Survey, abstract 348; to be known as Huntwick Estates.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA84-2
is changed from its prior zoning classification of AG Agricultural
to a zoning classification of A-3 Single Family
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-66 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passe J_.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
