Please accept this letter on behalf of the owner of Southlake Meadows Phase III, Maguire Partners -
Solana Land, as a request for a Plat Extension to the Preliminary Plat of the aforementioned property.
We respectfully request that the validity of Case No. ZA 15-138, Preliminary Plat for Southlake Meadows
Phase III, be extended to March 1, 2019, one year from its current expiration date. Our ability to
address Phase III was dependent on the construction of the previous phases, so with the work on Phase
II nearly complete we are in a position to begin.
