AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
LOT 7 CEDAR OAKS ADDITION. OWNER: KEN SAUNIER.
SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT FOR A GUEST HOUSE AND
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and.public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Lot 7 of
the Cedar Oaks Addition, Special Exception Use Permit for a Guest
House
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA84-36
is changed from its prior zoning. classification of
to a,zoning classification of Special Exception Use Permit for Guest House
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby-amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this

originally passed-
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
