THOMAS EASTER SURVEY, ABSTRACT 458. OWNER: FRED H.
BRANAN, JR. FROM AGRICULTURAL TO LIGHT COMMERCIAL AND
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 1.312 acre
tract of land out of the Thomas Easter Survey, Abstract 458.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA 85-10
is changed from its prior zoning.classification of AGRICULTURAL
to a ,zoning classification of T.IcHT m. mmFRC:TAT,
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby-amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance-No. 461 -q2 , remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
