AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. "261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
FOUR POINT THIRTY-NINE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE
J.G. ALLEN SURVEY, ABSTRACT 18. OWNER: JAMES H..MARTIN
FROM LIGHT COMMERCIAL TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL AND PROVIDING
FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFF FCTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hea-1•ing having been cortdu~wted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the Cite of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it. Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Crd;nance No. 261 passed by the City Council
< t City o F South? ake, Te tas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordi»ance" is hereby amended insofar as the 4.39 acre
tract of land out of the J.G. Allen Survey, Abstract 18.
and desc7:i.bed by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number ZA R5-14
is changed _from its prior zoning classification of Light Commercial
to a,zoning classification of Hpay:g Commercial
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is he.reiy amended to reflect tare change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-95 remains in effect in all. other respects as
originally passsecT-.
This Ordinance shall t:.rkc effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
