I personally believe the development is a beautiful design, however the approval of the development does pose questions resulting in my opposition. 1. Rezoning of one residence of a neighborhood, reducing established Brock Addition by approx. 42% 2. Rezoning of one residence in Brock Addition will change the footprint of Brock substantially to benefit another neighborhood 3. How does ZA17-064 rezoning of a single lot differ from previous rezoning attempts in 2017 (SF-1A to SF-20A)? a. Was resident of lot 5 resident aware of SF-1A zoning when property was purchased 30 years ago? 4. Is there an option to develop Stony Trails without including Brock Addition to remain aligned with councils recent views? Thank you for your volunteer efforts to our community.
