The development is located at 305 S. Nolen Drive.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing two (2) 6,000 square foot medical office buildings on approximately
2.14 acres.
The proposed site plan is consistent with the current zoning for office.
Single lot; both buildings fronting S. Nolen Drive with loop-around parking lot behind.
