Questions and Concerns:
1. For the proposed improvements in McPherson Park behind the Hilton Hotel, would
Southlake tax dollars be funding the improvements? Or would the city and Hilton hotel
owners form a funding agreement?
A: Funding discussions have not yet commenced as these amendments are still very
early in the adoption process. City staff believes there will be some form of partnership
between the two entities involved.
2. Will there be more opportunities to discuss funding and cost-sharing down the road?
A: Yes, these amendments will follow the same process as any other development
entering the city (i.e. SPIN, P&Z Meeting, and City Council Meetings).
