Please accept this letter on behalf of the owner of Southlake Meadows Phase I and Southlake Meadows
Phase 11, Toll Bros. Inc., as a request for a Variance to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 4.01 (1)
(Plat Expiration), as amended. We respectfully request that the validity of Case No. ZA 13-037,
Preliminary Plat for Southlake Meadows (fka Savannah Estates), and Case No. ZA 15-145, Plat Revision
for Southlake Meadows Phase 11, be extended to April 19, 2018, three months from the current
expiration date of January 19, 2018. The work on Phase II is nearly complete and needs only this small
extension to allow for the finalization of the public construction activities before the Plat Revision is
signed and filed.
