Basic Concept is still in place with connectivity points provided to the North, West and South adjacent properties for their future development capability. Variations from 0-1 Zoning: a. Parking Ratio shall be 1 space per 243 square feet of Medical Office. b. Rear Yard Setback shall be 25 feet. 4. Variance Requests: a. A Stacking Depth of 54 feet instead of 75 feet. b. A variance to the Driveway Ordinance No. 634, as amended, Section 5.1 which requires 250 feet between Drive Approach Centerlines.
