Deputy Director, Dennis Killough, announced that there were no comments to be made.
Chairman Forman recused himself from Item 5, Specific Use Permit for Drunken Cow,

Commission asked if there would be any public restrooms.
Applicant stated that there are no restrooms on -site for customers.
Vice Chairman Kubiak, opened the public hearing.
Diana Wagner, 1480 North Kimball Avenue, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak
in opposition.
Vice Chairman Kubiak, closed the public hearing.
The applicant was called to return to the podium to answer more questions, and discuss
the proposed Specific Use Permit.
A motion was made to approve ZA18-003, subject to the Staff Report dated February 2,
2018, and the following stipulations:
The trailer is to be parked with the service area away from the main highway;

• Present City Council with a plan for a porta-potty
restroom facility for patrons in they needed it;

Chairman pointed out, there are no variances requested with this application.
